Reconditioning of Tooling and Other Services

Over time tools and cutting tools become dirty from use or from setting on the shelf. We offer both Ultrasonic and Glass Bead Blasting to help recondition tooling before use. Once the tool has been reconditioned we will coat it to help prevent possible rust or corrosion that could occur when put back in storage. We strive to assist you, to provide fast turnaround times on any processing we offer. 

Descaling of ferrous metals after heat treat, can be a long process. We can assist you in removing the scale or discoloration in any heat treated material. Our glass bead process will allow aerospace companies or subcontractors to help improve the turnaround times at your current approved metal finishing processor. By having us, glass bead blast your stainless steel or alloy steel parts this will help your current processor get them through the secondary processes needed.
